Holy Hour

The Holy Hour recited in the Church has the advantage of the presence of the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament.

In times of so much noise and changes, in which sometimes – if not most – it is difficult for us to pray and listen to God, the Holy Hour is a privileged moment to be alone with the Lord and listen to him.

Let us remember Jesus in the Garden of Olives who asked his disciples to be awake with him in prayer and when he returned he found them asleep and said:

«Why are you sleeping? Get up and pray that you will not fall into temptation.»

Luke 22: 46

Consult the schedule of Adoration to the Blessed Sacrament in your parish and go to meet Jesus from heart to heart.

Pray with us

“Be there, silent. See that He looks at you, accompany Him and speak and ask and treat yourself with Him. Ask Him to always please Him because everything good has come from Him”.
